How to maintain the ultraviolet sterilizer?
Release time:2023-03-10 14:17:34Number of visits:
Ultraviolet sterilization is to destroy and change the DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) structure of microorganisms through ultraviolet irradiation, so that bacteria immediately die or cannot reproduce to achieve the purpose of sterilization. The real bactericidal effect is UVC ultraviolet light, because C-band ultraviolet light is easily absorbed by the DNA of organisms, and the best ultraviolet light is about 253.7 nm.
1. The best conditions for the use of ultraviolet sterilizer are: water temperature: 5 ℃ - 50 ℃ Relative temperature: no more than 93% (at 25 ℃) Voltage: 220 ± 10V 50Hz The water quality of drinking water entering the treatment equipment has a 1 cm transmittance of 95% - 100%. If the water quality to be treated is lower than the national standard, such as chroma is higher than 15 degrees, turbidity is higher than 5 degrees, and iron content is higher than 0.3 mg/L, other purification and filtration methods shall be used first to make it reach the standard, and then ultraviolet disinfection equipment shall be used.
2. Check regularly to ensure the normal operation of UV lamp. The UV lamp should be kept on. Repeated switching will seriously affect the service life of the lamp< br /> 3. Regular cleaning: according to the water quality, the ultraviolet lamp tube and quartz glass sleeve need to be cleaned regularly. Wipe the lamp tube with alcohol cotton ball or gauze to remove the dirt on the quartz glass sleeve and clean it, so as not to affect the transmission of ultraviolet light and affect the sterilization effect.
4. Replacement of lamp tube: the imported lamp tube should be replaced after 9000 hours of continuous use or one year to ensure high sterilization rate. When replacing the lamp, first pull out the power socket of the lamp, pull out the lamp, carefully insert the cleaned new lamp into the sterilizer, install the sealing ring, check whether there is water leakage, and then plug in the power supply. Do not touch the quartz glass of the new lamp tube with your fingers, otherwise the germicidal effect will be affected by the stain.
5. Prevention of ultraviolet radiation: ultraviolet radiation has a strong killing effect on bacteria, and also has certain harm to human body. When starting the disinfection lamp, avoid direct exposure to human body, use protective glasses when necessary, and do not directly look at the light source with your eyes to avoid burning the eye film.
